NEW DELHI: Anonymous, an international hacker collective, has hacked all Russian state TV networks, which are now displaying videos of the Ukrainian war and calling on Russians to resist Russia’s genocide in Ukraine.

This was reported by Ukrinform, who cited the Twitter account Anonymous.

“JUST IN: The hacking collective #Anonymous today hacked into the Russian streaming services Wink and Ivi (like Netflix) and live TV channels Russia 24, Channel One, Moscow 24 to broadcast war footage from #Ukraine.  #TangoDown #OpRussia,” tweeted Anonymous TV – @YourAnonTV.

According to another claim, all Russian state television outlets have been hacked.

Anonymous also claimed responsibility for the hacking of Russia Today (RT) in France.

The video depicts Russian TV channels that have been hacked by Anonymous calling on Russians to resist Russia’s genocide in Ukraine.

According to Ukrinform, after the Kremlin’s “cyber war” in support of Ukraine, the hacker group Anonymous hacked more than 2,500 websites of government institutions, media, and other organisations in Russia and Belarus.
