The investigation commenced following a formal criminal complaint lodged at the Majhola Police Station by an authorized representative of Instacart Services Private Limited, the logistics arm managing fulfillment operations for major online retail portals. Internal auditors discovered a massive divergence between digital inventory management records and actual physical stock movements at regional processing centers.
