Is Tamannaah Bhatia Involved in a Rs 2.4 Crore Cryptocurrency Fraud?

New Delhi –  In an official statement, Actress Tamannaah Bhatia urged the public and media to refrain from circulating baseless rumours. She said, “It has come to my attention that rumours are being circulated alleging my involvement and dealing with cryptocurrency. I’d like to request my friends in the media not to circulate any such fake, misleading, and false reports. In the meantime, my team is looking into the same to initiate appropriate action.”

The actress also expressed her disappointment over the false allegations and emphasized the need to verify facts before spreading unverified claims. Tamannaah has strongly denied allegations linking her to a Rs 2.4 crore cryptocurrency scam, calling the reports false and misleading. She stated that she has no involvement in the case and is considering legal action against those spreading misinformation.

Rumours of Police Summons

Reports surfaced on Saturday, suggesting that both Tamannaah Bhatia and Kajal Aggarwal might be summoned by the Puducherry police for questioning in connection with the alleged cryptocurrency fraud. However, there has been no official confirmation regarding any legal notice or investigation involving the actresses.

Upcoming Projects

On the work front, Tamannaah was last seen in Sikandar Ka Muqqadar, alongside Avinash Tiwary and Jimmy Sheirgill. She is set to star in Odela 2, a horror-thriller film slated for release later this year.

The actress remains focused on her projects while her legal team evaluates steps to counter the misinformation surrounding the scam allegations.
