Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh | A Uttar Pradesh PCS officer, Seema Choudhary, currently serving as the District Supply Officer in Hapur, has been booked following a complaint filed by her mother alleging fraud and forgery. The complaint alleges that property documents were forged and land was sold without the complainant’s knowledge or consent.
It also alleges that a bank account in her mother’s name was misused for financial transactions involving allegedly illicit funds. Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. The allegations remain subject to verification through the ongoing investigation and judicial process.
According to police, the FIR was registered on July 2 at Sarsawa Police Station in Saharanpur district based on a complaint filed by Munesh Rani, the officer’s mother. The complaint alleges that Seema Choudhary and others forged her signatures on property-related documents and carried out the sale of land without her knowledge or authorization.

The complaint further alleges that the PCS officer operated a bank account in her mother’s name and used it for financial transactions involving allegedly unlawful funds. Investigators are examining banking records and other available evidence to verify these allegations.
Police have registered the case under the relevant provisions of law and have begun forensic examination of the disputed property documents, along with an analysis of the bank account transactions. Investigating authorities are scrutinising the authenticity of the documents, financial records and other material evidence as part of the probe.
As of the time of reporting, no official response had been issued by Seema Choudhary regarding the allegations. Police said the investigation is ongoing, and further legal action will be taken based on the evidence collected. Any determination of criminal liability will be made only after the investigation and subsequent judicial proceedings are completed.
