Adani Green said energy sales increased 33% during the quarter, helping lift revenue from its power supply business.

The company operates across solar, wind and hybrid renewable energy segments in India. Its operational renewable capacity stood at 20.8 gigawatts at the end of September, up 24% from a year earlier.

Adani Green also expanded its battery energy storage operations during the quarter.

The company installed 3.08 GWh of battery storage capacity at its Khavda site in Gujarat, taking its total operational storage capacity to 6.63 GWh.

Company Targets 50 GW by 2030

Adani Green has set a target of reaching 50 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030.

The expansion comes as India continues to increase renewable energy capacity as part of its broader goal of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030.

With higher power sales, rising operational capacity and continued investment in battery storage, the company’s latest quarterly results reflect continued growth across its renewable energy portfolio.
