The Centre for Police Technology has announced a special women’s honour and award presentation programme on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026 to recognize the outstanding contribution of women police officers in the field of cyber policing and technology-driven law enforcement.

The initiative is aimed at acknowledging the professional excellence of women officers who have demonstrated exceptional performance in cybercrime investigation, digital forensic technology development, modernization of police technological infrastructure, and implementation of advanced cyber policy frameworks. The recognition reflects the growing significance of women leadership in shaping future-oriented digital security governance systems.

The Centre for Police Technology (CPT) is committed to promoting innovation in artificial intelligence, strategic intelligence architecture, and advanced public safety technology solutions that support secure and technology-enabled governance. The institution provides specialized training programmes, technical advisory assistance, and professional consultation support to law enforcement agencies, corporate security organizations, and government institutions.

Cyber Policing Excellence Recognized

Prof. Triveni Singh Jury Head

The award selection process will be supervised by a distinguished jury panel headed by renowned cybercrime expert and former IPS officer Prof. Triveni Singh, who also serves as Chair and Chief Mentor of the Future Crime Research Foundation (FCRF). The jury will evaluate nominations and select the most deserving women cyber police officers based on professional excellence, investigative impact, and technological contribution.
