The Prayagraj Police Commissionerate has disbanded its entire Special Operations Group and removed 44 police personnel across four zonal units following the unearthing of an illicit synthetic drug manufacturing unit in the rural Manda area. The personnel reassignment affects all four operational wings of the Special Operations Group operating within the commissionerate limits. Official departmental records confirm that the 44 removed personnel comprise 14 officers and personnel from the Nagar zone, 11 from the Central zone, 10 from the Ganganagar zone, and nine from the Yamunapar zone.
