Encroachment Obstructed Upcoming Development Projects

Bhanauta village, falling under the notified area of the Greater Noida Authority, had seen increasing illegal activity in recent months. Despite multiple notices issued by the Authority, the occupants continued to build on the land. Officials said the unauthorized occupation was creating obstacles for new infrastructure and residential schemes planned for the area. The timely intervention was deemed necessary to pave the way for upcoming development projects.

Officials confirmed that all illegal structures were brought down successfully without any violence or major disruption.

Authority Vows Continued Action Against Land Grabbers

A senior official from the Greater Noida Authority stated that similar actions will continue across other areas where government land has been encroached upon. “We are committed to reclaiming every inch of public land that has been taken over illegally.
