Venice Mall Owner Montu Bhasin Arrested for Vandalism, Assault, and Fraud in Greater Noida

Greater Noida’s Beta-2 police have arrested Satender Bhasin, also known as Montu Bhasin, the owner and Managing Director of Venice Mall. He has been charged with vandalism, assault, document theft, and arson. The arrest comes after a complaint filed by the DS Group, leading to an FIR against Bhasin and three others at the Beta-2 police station.
According to the police, Bhasin allegedly removed DS Group from his business in violation of legal agreements, despite the matter being under litigation in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Meanwhile, acts of vandalism and destruction were reported at the disputed site. Authorities are interrogating him to gather more details regarding the case.

Bhasin has a history of legal disputes and fraudulent activities. He was previously arrested in 2019 by Kasna Kotwali police for allegedly defrauding buyers by selling shops in the mall under false pretenses. His real estate dealings have repeatedly drawn controversy, and his name has surfaced in multiple financial and legal disputes.
The latest arrest highlights ongoing conflicts in Greater Noida’s real estate sector, where investors and businesses frequently face legal battles over property rights and agreements. The police are continuing their investigation into the case, and further legal action against Bhasin is expected based on the evidence collected.
