During these inspections, several expired food items and medicines were seized, causing a stir among store owners.

1. Expired Food Items Seized:
– At a mall in Mukhani, the team confiscated various expired food products, including flour, biscuits, and pickles.
– Numerous shops were found to be selling expired spices and biscuits.
– In some stores, spices and other consumables that had expired over a year ago were discovered.
2. Expired Medicines:
– Several medical stores were inspected, and many were found to be selling expired medicines.
– Drug inspectors issued strict instructions to store owners to segregate expired medicines and keep them separate from current stock.
