Noida: Former Indian Police Service officer and cybercrime expert Prof. Triveni Singh will participate in the three-day Cybertech Global Tel Aviv 2026 summit, scheduled to be held in the Israeli city of Tel Aviv in the last week of January. The international conference will host wide-ranging deliberations on emerging cybersecurity challenges, technological threats, and global response strategies.
The summit will take place at the Tel Aviv Expo, bringing together top policymakers, technology experts, industry leaders, and researchers from around the world on a single platform. Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will attend the event as a keynote speaker and share his perspective on strategic aspects of cybersecurity.

Representing India under the banner of the Future Crime Research Foundation, former IPS officer Prof. Dr. Triveni Singh will participate in the conference as a Chief Mentor. He will share his professional experience in cybercrime investigations and engage in discussions with international experts. Organisers said his insights from the Indian perspective are expected to add depth and direction to the global dialogue on cybercrime and cybersecurity solutions.
Prof. Triveni Singh is a former IPS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre and is among the early officers in the country to have been posted in the field of cybercrime. Over the course of his career in law enforcement, he has worked extensively on digital crimes, online fraud, and cybersecurity-related issues. His participation is also expected to highlight India’s experience and growing role in the global cybersecurity ecosystem.
