With cybercrimes on the rise, victims often find themselves uncertain about where to turn when facing unresolved complaints. The cybercrime helpline number (1930) and the national cybercrime portal (www.cybercrime.gov.in) have facilitated the reporting of incidents. In such cases, they have the option to escalate their grievances directly to state-specific nodal officers or to officials from the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C).
