Raids at 32 locations, including call centers in Pune, Hyderabad, and Visakhapatnam, led to the seizure of Rs 58.45 lakh, luxury vehicles, and evidence.

3. Madurai Cyber Crime Police Arrest Three for Rs 1.32 Crore Fraud
Madurai Cyber Crime police arrested three individuals for duping a victim of Rs 1.32 crore under the guise of offering a part-time job. The accused, linked to similar scams across multiple states, were caught with Rs 2.18 crore in their bank account. Authorities seized phones, laptops, and other evidence, urging public vigilance.
4. Panchkula Businessman Loses Rs 1.5 Crore in Cyber Fraud Incident
A Panchkula businessman, Somesh R Mittal, was duped of Rs 1.5 crore by cybercriminals promising profits from online investments. Contacted via Telegram by Nancy Singh, who claimed ties to a US-based trader, Mittal was lured into depositing money through an app called “Bitsunny.” The fraudsters later disappeared, deleting all communication.

5. Nine Himachal Pradesh Police Officers Chosen for Cyber Commando Training
Nine Himachal Pradesh Police personnel have been selected for the prestigious cyber commando training by the Ministry of Home Affairs and Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre.
