She is an accomplished author, policy maker and a highly inspiring speaker in conferences, print & electronic media and television. Dr. Seth is the Founder of Seth Associates, an established law firm based in Delhi that renders legal services to both domestic and global clients.
Dr. Seth’s contribution to growth & development of cyberlaws in India and internationally is widely acknowledged in the corporate world. She has been empanelled as a member of the Working Group of ICANN formed to design the policy framework impacting global domain registration services. She contributes to various working group consultations aimed at designing policies for emerging technologies. She is also associated with FICCI, CII, NASSCOM, DSCI, ASSOCHAM & other industry bodies and is highly recommended as cyberlawyer, policy maker and law enforcement & corporate educator on cyberlaws.
Prof. Sumeet Gupta, Professor of IT & Systems, IIM Raipur
Prof. Sumeet Gupta is a Professor in the Dept. of Information Technology and Systems at IIM Raipur. He is a PhD (Information systems) and an MBA from the National University of Singapore and BE (Mining) from GEC Raipur. He brings over 16 years of experience in Industry, Teaching and Research and has worked with names like L&T India, The Logistics Institute-APAC, Singapore and SSGI Bhilai before joining IIM Raipur.
His interest areas include Technology Adoption, Mobile Commerce and Electronic Commerce, Virtual Communities and Enterprise Systems, Business Analytics, Electronic Governance and related subjects.

Amit Dubey, Cyber Security Expert, Head – Red Teaming, Tech Mahindra
Amit is a renowned National Security Expert and a Crime Investigator on Cyber Forensics and Ethical Hacking to various Indian Investigation Agencies and Police dept. He has been invited by Indian Parliament to consult Parliamentary Standing Committees on Cyber Security issues. CNN-IBN featured him as National Security Expert and covered few of his cases in a documentary on “Cyber warfare in India” in 2012. Author of two books named “Return of The Trojan Horse, Tales of Criminal Investigation” and ‘Hidden Files’ which includes few of his interesting and thrilling crime cases that he has worked and solved successfully.
