Lt Col (Dr) Santosh Khadsare (Retd)  brings over 25 years of unparalleled experience in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics to SysTools. His career, marked by significant contributions across Government, Law Enforcement, Academia, and Corporate sectors, has positioned him as a key figure in the digital forensics community. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of areas including Digital Forensics, Cyber Laws, Information Security, Cyber Audit, and Incident Response.

In his new role at SysTools, Lt Col (Dr) Santosh Khadsare (Retd) will be instrumental in driving the company’s strategic vision for Digital Forensics and Incident Response, leveraging his extensive experience and deep understanding of the field to further enhance SysTools’ offerings in these critical areas.

Lt Col. Khadsare’s illustrious career includes serving as the Head of the Digital Forensic Lab at CERT-In, Ministry of Electronics and IT, New Delhi, where he made substantial contributions from February 2019 to February 2021. His outstanding service was recognized with prestigious awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023 and the Digital Forensic Analyst Excellence Award in 2021.

He has represented India on various global platforms, notably at the Colombo Security Conclave in January 2022, where he played a crucial role in advancing regional cybersecurity capabilities, and at the First BRICS Workshop on Digital Forensics in August 2021. His participation in the CII Task Force on Cyber Security for the years 2019-20 and 2020-21 underscores his influence in shaping cyber security policies.

A highly qualified professional, Lt Col (Dr) Santosh Khadsare (Retd) holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunications and numerous advanced certifications including CHFI, CEH, RHCSA, and others. His commitment to education and mentorship is evident through his involvement in various Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and his leadership in mentoring hundreds of cyber enthusiasts across India.
